I create the space for the work that actually moves the needle.

You’re high-performing, ambitious, and good at what you do — and you’re carrying more than most people see. Burnout, high-performance culture fatigue, difficult organizational dynamics, leadership pressure, managing up, misalignment of your work and your values — all of these things are tough to manage on top of a demanding career and personal life. If you’re navigating any of that, you’re exactly who I work with.

As a coach, I create a non-judgmental, supportive environment where you can actually think. Through one-on-one coaching, we develop awareness of your motivations, strengths, and what’s getting in the way, then clarify your values and break your goals into steps that lead to real change.

My coaching is grounded in over a decade of experience within the same complex organizations you navigate daily. Having served in a variety of People & HR roles in startups and consulting firms, I understand the invisible weight of high-performance culture. That deep organizational context informs every conversation we have, ensuring our work is rooted in the reality of your professional world.

What it’s actually like to be coached by me

Pattern one
I dig beneath the presenting problem.
What you come in with is rarely the whole thing. I consistently look for the underlying pattern — the belief, the habit, the story you’ve been telling yourself — that’s actually driving the surface issue. That’s where the real work happens.
Pattern two
Every session ends with real action items.
Not vague intentions — specific, client-generated homework that actually connects to what you said matters to you. I document and share everything with you: session notes, insights, action items, etc.
Pattern three
I’m empathetic, but I don’t let you off the hook.
I hold space for the whole person — your personal life, your emotional state, and more — before diving into strategy. And I hold you accountable for your actions and follow-through (or lack thereof).
Pattern four
Everything anchors in your values.
Every engagement starts with values work. Because if you don’t know what actually matters to you, no amount of strategy is going to feel right. The values you land on through our coaching will become your decision-making filter.

Trained & Certified

Someone once called me a “super coach.” Why? Not only am I a trained and certified coach, but I also have a background in Organizational Psychology — the study of how people think, feel, and behave at work. As a coach, I apply those psychological principles in real time: helping leaders understand themselves, shift their behavior, and create conditions where their teams and organizations can thrive.

I’m a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC).

I hold an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

BA, Psychology — University of Southern California (USC)
